Anchor Talent has partnered with several Austin based organizations to recruit Accounts Receivable Specialists and Senior AR Specialists who will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing and monitoring of all incoming receivables and collections.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts receivable and collections
- Reconcile payments with AR ledger and prepare necessary reports
- Attempt to resolve customer account delinquencies in a processional and timely manner
- Manage customer credit reference, limits and balances
- Prepare statements, collection letters, and ensure proper documentation of all collection efforts and communication with customer(s)
- Collaborate with internal teams to minimize AR aging
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve customer issues and disputes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred – not required
- 3+ years of accounts receivable and collection experience
- ERP system experience – SAP and NetSuite
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and collection regulations

- Direct Hire and Contract to Hire roles available
- Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 hourly (DOE)
