Evins is hiring Contact Center Reps NOW for the upcoming class starting soon. We are specifically looking for people with face to face and call center experience; people who excel at thinking outside the box, are able to think critically and possess stellar listening skills.

You will be scheduled Monday - Friday after you complete training in this easy to get to Austin location..For people with good communication skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude possibilities for future advancement abound.

Basic duties:

>> Receiving Inbound calls from customers with questions.

>> Researching and finding answers then passing that information to callers.

>> Documenting real time each and every call.

>> Use all the resources and tools available.

Candidate requirements include:

4 yr college degree and 3 years of customer service experience (phone, chat or face to face) experience may substitute for education.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.

Collaborative team player, quick to learn and absorb complicated information, able to take direction and build relationships.

This is an excellent temporary opportunity with the possibility of going on to permanent employment. Located in Downtown Austin, parking is provided. Call us for more information! Pay rate $ 19.10 per hour.
