Content Specialist (German, French, or Portuguese)


Overview: Coordinate the flow of marketing content into a CMS for a global technology leader

Location: Fully remote, US, from states listed

Compensation: Based on 2-4 years of experience

Hours/Duration: Full-time, ongoing

Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring immediately! This is a remote, full-time ongoing career opportunity for a Content Specialist with bilingual proficiency in German, French, or Portuguese (read, write, and speak). You'll be a part of the collaborative Global Web Content team, working alongside inspired leaders and mentors. Your experience with any CMS system will be the foundation as you work on a collaborative team (including specialists in other languages) to move global marketing content through the web content publishing process for major product launches. Fully remote (US) from only these target states: FL, OH, NC, MI, MD, MN, TN, TX, and VA

   •   Be in a critical position for the global launch of new web publishing product content with a number one technology hardware leader

   •   Work with a tight-knit team of coworkers and leadership directly impacting product launches

   •   Collaborate with global teams on the localization of materials for PC hardware technology for the web (this is not translating content) and work with localization vendors

   •   Review marketing/campaign materials in both English and German, French, or Portuguese and upload into product pages using the CMS

   •   Recommend content changes aligned with brand voice

   •   Optimize the CMS process with internal teams and vendors

How to be a top candidate for this job:

   •   Two to four years of content coordination experience using any CMS, preferably web-based content for products (Adobe Experience Manager or Drupal experience is a plus but will train)

   •   Experience in a professional or educational setting requiring complete fluency in English and German, French, or Portuguese (reading, writing, and speaking)

   •   Experience working with business translations and localization projects using essential project management and tracking tools

   •   Basic knowledge of HTML is helpful

   •   Successful candidates will use the “How do you fit this opportunity?” portion of our application to: 1) State your language proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking 2) List which CMS system(s) you have used


   •   Proficiency in English with German, French, or Portuguese (reading, writing, and speaking)

   •   Basic HTML is a plus

   •   Some exposure to any CMS system (WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, HubSpot, Joomla, Drupal, WIX, etc.)

   •   Basic web tools experience
