Liaison Creative + Marketing has an opportunity for a remote Video Editor and Motion Graphics producer to assist a large and growing B2B Tech firm video production and management. Not only will you create marketing and technical video content within solid existing brand standards, you'll collaborate across the organization to drive processes, enforce standards and brand in collaboration with marketing leads and outside vendors. This is a great fit for someone looking to utilize 2-6 years of holistic video production, hands-on motion and editing, marketing, and collaborative multitasking skills while gaining experience in a global technical marketing organization.


Duties

  • Working within Creative Services team to support a large global marketing organization with the creation and distribution of short-form, multi-language videos across multiple channels and platforms (Brightcove, YouTube, website, proprietary intranet)
  • Collaborating with content creators around the company, primarily in marketing but occasionally in other organizations to create and/or edit compelling, brand-aligned video content
  • Re-editing existing content to harvest images, update brand elements, add captions and subtitles, and otherwise enhance the effectiveness of the videos
  • Organizing, tagging, posting, and otherwise managing video content across multiple platform
  • Working with external video producers upfront to ensure videos delivered follow stated video guidelines - helping and coaching to meet standards as required
  • Working with internal content producers and others who capture raw footage to follow best practices to ensure we have quality, useable footage to edit into finished pieces

How to be a top candidate

  • The primary requirement to be considered for this role is a single streaming-enabled web-based motion/edit reel showcasing highly technical content. We cannot review samples that are not organized into a single sample reel (multiple links or pages with multiple samples cannot be considered)
  • You resume shows 2-6 years of experience creating and/or editing video in B2B marketing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage deadlines, juggle priorities and synthesize multiple sources of input while effectively communicating and prioritizing information
  • Demonstrated understanding of broadcast and digital distribution best practices including technical aspects of production, while working with brand guidelines
  • Prior experience working from home and supporting large global organizations a huge plus

Hard skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, Camtasia, and Photoshop
  • Experience with product photography / videography / editing and retouching a strong plus
  • Brightcove or other video asset management systems
  • Happy to interact with diverse creative teams in a high-touch collaborative remote environment.
