Overview: Manage brand projects as part of a collaborative creative team supporting a global corporate tech leader

Location: Southwest Austin, TX 78735

Compensation: Based on 3-5 years of experience.

Hours/Duration: full-time, ongoing

Liaison Creative + Marketing has an immediate ongoing full-time career opportunity for a Creative Project Manager to join our team with our cutting-edge Fortune 500 high-tech client headquartered in Southwest Austin, a world leader in high-performance computing, named on Newsweek's America's Most Responsible Companies 2022 list. As part of Liaison's embedded creative services team, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for all brand projects created within the Creative Studio, managing high-level tasks, timelines, and resourcing. This is a good fit for someone looking to leverage 2-5 years of project management, project coordination, or traffic management experience in an agency or similar in-house creative setting. This is an immediate, local, onsite position, so you'll need to be Austin-based (as of January 2022) to be considered for this role, although some work from home will be possible on an ongoing basis.

  • Work with a dynamic internal creative team (4 managers, 5 video editors, 6 designers, and growing) helping with project planning, project management, scheduling, resourcing, and status reporting
  • Be the primary point of contact for all brand projects with internal and external clients and vendors, managing high-level tasks and timelines
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining internal and external deadlines
  • Ensure all project assets are accurate and delivered to the external stakeholders
  • Deliver projects on time and manage the progress through task tracking systems and quality management with a deep understanding of the creative process
  • Ensure on-time, accurate program execution
  • Oversee QA process of all brand assets created by the internal creative team
  • Be a superstar problem solver who is cool under pressure and can be flexible as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • 3-5 years of Project Management, Project Coordination, or Traffic Management experience with an in-house or advertising agency responsible for multiple creative projects
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration developing deep relationships with key partners internally and externally
  • This is an immediate, local, onsite position, so you’ll need to be Austin-based (as of January 2022) to be considered for this role, although working from home a few days a week will be possible on an ongoing basis. Please do not apply for this opportunity if you are not yet local


  • Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint basics
  • Adobe Creative Suite basics a plus
  • Workfront experience a plus
  • Knowledge of file formats (print, digital, multimedia, and video)
  • DAM systems basics a plus
  • Working knowledge of the creative process for print and digital marketing along with the primary design tools and file types used in their creation
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, able to effectively perform multiple/concurrent tasks within deadlines, and changing priorities
  • Ability to work within a team or autonomously, and with minimal supervision
