Location: Austin, Texas
Compensation: Based on 3-5 years of experience
Hours/Duration: Full-time (roughly 40 hr/wk) ongoing employee. Some onsite after COVID-19 restrictions lifted

As part of an industry-leading corporate Marcom team, you will play a critical role in delivering relevant and engaging content to a B2B partner audience that shows up in the form of articles on a web partner hub. - Be part of a team with a stellar reputation in the industry with great mentors and department leadership
- Identify timely and relevant topics for monthly articles to business partners across the high-performance computing, graphics, and visualization technology space
- Coordinate with Go To Market, Sales Enablement, and Product Launch teams on product and industry developments, informing the content
- Build content calendars and deployment plans
- Drive sourcing for the content on targeted partner emails
- Manage the creation of editorial articles with an external agency and internal subject matter experts
- Manage the lifecycle of content development (agency management, internal approvals including legal, language translation, and deployment)
- Report monthly metrics and use to make recommendations for program improvements
- Develop surveys to gain actionable audience feedback and insights
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- 3-5 years of experience with content development, email marketing automation, and customer nurture programs
- Agency or corporate in-house creative team experience
- Project or program management experience
- A demonstrated career history with quick ramp-up on new processes
- Writing and editing skills (this is not a copywriter role)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Skills:
- Eager to learn what content will resonate with the audiences and build a solid grasp of the industry
- Understanding of the customer journey and a passion for learning how to listen and respond
- Ability to deliver insights/recommendations for process and process improvement
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Exposure to project management tracking tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
