Accountability Resources been engaged exclusively on a unique search for a public accounting tax professional (Big 4 or Regional Firm experience) who has specific real estate industry experience (clients).
This Director role (individual contributor) is "jam packed", involved within the following arenas : Tax Coordination, Internal Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budget and Cash Flow Management, as well as Investor Relations.
Requirements :
Public Accounting experience
3-5 years of tax experience
Real estate industry exposure
Exceptional communicator, an entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter
