Responsible for managing the enterprise apps used by the company, including configuration, planning, maintenance, training, documentation, software upgrades and troubleshooting across a wide array of application services. These include ERP, billing, service management, scheduling, and logistics. Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Systems or related desired
Extensive knowledge of basic ERP systems and accounting software. Epicor Enterprise experience a plus.
Demonstrated project management skills.

Interface with application vendors to resolve application issues as they occur
Work with internal stakeholders to provide direction and best practices to improve processes and increase efficiency
Work with the application team in support of internal applications and ops
Liaise with network administrators ad support teams to assist with network and support issues
Manage the maintenance of user security and setup for business applications
Coordinate change management documentation and activities for enterprise apps
Assist in identifying interfaces required for apps with other systems; collaborate with implementation vendor/external consultant to design, configure and test interfaces
Provide technical support and guidance to system users; work closely with internal and external service providers
Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software, user access or other problems
Coordinate new software releases, production fixes and upgrades w/technical teams and users
Recommend new features or changes to configuration / workflows based on user and vendor feedback
Develop and document system configurations, procedures and hardware
Perform database inquiries and audit to verify system integrity
