Overview: Bring your Project Management skills to three mission critical Consumer marketing programs

Location: Austin, Texas

Compensation: Based on 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience.

Hours/Duration: Full-time (roughly 40 hr/wk) ongoing employee remote but must be located in the greater Austin, Texas area

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be working with a globally-recognized brand in high-performance computing under a CEO ranked one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology. You'll have the opportunity to own three main programs within the consumer marketing organization: 1. Product labeling working with product partners 2. Technology product bundling opportunities with hardware partners and GTM teams 3. Management of product and segment marketing content for world-wide sales and regional marketing teams.

  • Be part of a Consumer Global Branding team which is lead by an inspired Manager with global insights
  • Translate program goals into actionable requirements and prepare requirements documentation, project timelines, specifications, plans and other communication for project teams
  • Manage execution of the global marketing campaign, including tracking and managing the coordination of assets be developed to support the program
  • Facilitate meetings with the regions and internal corporate marketing teams conducting risk assessments, issue identification, and strategy discussions with cross-functional project teams and senior management
  • Work cross-functionally with the Regional, Global Campaign and Digital Marketing teams to coordinate the development of the creative assets


How to be a top candidate for this job:


  • Your resume shows 3 to 5 years of experience in project management preferably within a technology sector running full project life cycles
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications other relevant areas
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects on tight deadlines with leadership and problem-solving skills to keep the trains on time
  • Skilled in designing, implementing and measuring effective and operational procedures
  • Global marketing experience preferred
  • Heightened interested in technology products
  • A self-starter who is incredibly organized
  • While this role is likely to be fully remote for the near term due to COVID-19, we are only recruiting local candidates who will be able to commute to our client's Southwest Austin campus when that time ultimately comes.
