OVERVIEW: Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a remote Project Manager for marketing campaigns to join our team supporting the leader in high-performance PC hardware. We are specifically looking for candidates who possess a unique blend of skills, including expertise in trafficking creative assets such as content, images, files, and videos. Additionally, a deep understanding of the creative approval process and prior experience on the account side at a larger advertising agency or in-house creative team working on complex campaigns is crucial. If you have 4-6 years of Project Management or Traffic Management experience with some account experience, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to leverage your skills. To be considered, you should reside in one of the states where we conduct business: FL, MD, MI, MN, NC, OH, TN, TX, VA, UT, and WI, and can collaborate during central time business hours.


Be part of a recognized team of leaders and mentors and partner with Creative Directors, leading ad agencies, first-class business leaders, and project managers who are creating award-winning campaigns

Establish and maintain clear communication, workflows, reviews, and delegation between in-house creatives, business units, advertising agencies, and contractors

Collaborate with the Creative Campaigns Manager, mapping plans for trafficking creative assets, driving the review cycle, and communicating with project leads

Manage the creative review process among cross-functional teams to ensure materials are reviewed, approved, and trafficked

Provide detailed meeting recaps with actionable next steps, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure communicated deadlines are met


HOW TO BE A TOP CANDIDATE

4-6 years of experience in a Project Manager, Traffic Manager, or Account Manager role, preferably with a large advertising agency managing multiple campaigns and materials for digital, social, video (small portion of job), and print

REQUIRED: Account-side experience at an agency (current or past). PLEASE mention this specific experience in the first line of our application section called "How does this opportunity fit you?"

Experience managing processes with creatives for full-lifecycle marketing campaigns; you understand what a creative approval process looks like within an organization

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Highly organized self-starter with superior project management, traffic management, timeline, and feedback skills in a production-intensive environment

Great attention to detail and a responsive, positive communication style in providing actionable recaps and direction internally and externally

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or associated field


SKILLS

Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Experience with project management tools, such as Smartsheet and Workfront, is a plus




COMPENSATION: Based on 4-6 years of experience
