Our growing Financial Center is looking for a part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Gracefully manage incoming and outgoing phone calls as well as walk-in clients
- Greet clients w/ a warm and charming smile
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, Emails, filing, setting owner’s appointments, company reports
- Schedule client appointments and follow-ups
- Collect insurance payments
- Identify and assess client's needs to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients accounts through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal customer service team targets
- Willing to fulfill other duties as needed (i.e Maintain Office Appearance,
Opening and closing duties on a regularly scheduled basis and management of office during the absence of the owner)
- Able to learn/contribute to other areas of the business
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a must
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Must have a growth mindset and willing to learn more
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Dedication to customer service and detailed data entry is a must
- Basic Computer/Software knowledge (MS Office, Google)
- Experience/Knowledge of financial environment is helpful
- Office hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Occasional Saturdays (w/ 1 Day during weekday)
