Talent Acquisition Manager

Anchor Talent has partnered with one of the largest and fastest growing franchise owners in the health and fitness industry! Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager that can direct and improve processes, implement recruiting strategies, maintain a full cycle recruiting program for the organization and provide training within the organization on best hiring practices. They are seeking someone who is looking to grow, build relationships across the growing organization, help streamline processes and provide full cycle recruiting to the corporate headquarters, in Austin, TX.


This is an onsite position in Austin, TX, that will include remote Fridays and working directly with the executive leadership.


Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment supporting corporate professionals
  • Working with onsite retail managers to create, update and write accurate job descriptions, create best practices, implement standard interviewing processes, and assist with applicant tracking
  • Work strategically and in partnership with business to develop and implement recruitment methodologies, hiring diverse strategies, to attract specific and difficult to find professionals to fill open positions
  • Build and manage talent network and professional relationships
  • Strong understanding of non-exempt and exempt positions
  • Create processes, plan, maintain recruiting and external recruitment events
  • Use talent analytics and other data to build accountability, measure results and optimize the impact of the talent programs
  • Improve processes for new hire onboarding, offer letters and employment engagements
  • Keep up to date with laws, trends, and company best practices
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for current open requisitions
  • Compose and create job postings and requisitions to job boards, social media, and professional outlets
  • Cultivate professional relationships with industry contacts and networks


Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment, managing the recruiting needs, proving recruitment strategies, and recruitment training
  • Prefer experience working in enterprise environment
  • Prefer recruitment experience with exempt as well as non-exempt positions
  • Prefer working knowledge of multi-state hiring practices
  • Team oriented and high level of communication
  • Prefer an understanding of Workday or related applicant tracking systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, and social medial sites for recruitment
  • Ability to plan, organize, create, and strategize in a self-driven capacity
  • Ability to work onsite Monday-Thursday and remote every Friday
