Temp to Permanent, Monday through Friday 8 to 5, rotating call coverage once you move to permanent status.
You'll be handling desk side/desktop and phone support of PC's, Laptops and Peripherals in a team environment.
Weekly pay, challenging work, and a collaborative team are waiting for you!
Successful candidates will have the following skills and certifications:
CompTIA A+ certification. (or other industry recognized)
Ticketing system knowledge.
Active Directory, Exchange and Networking functional knowledge.
Previous Technical Support Experience ( School, Hospital or Public entity a plus)
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Working knowledge of MS Office.
HS Diploma or equivalent as a minimum
Pay rate $ 17.50 an hour.
