LogicMonitor seeks to bring in a new Vice President of Product Management who will work closely with the Chief Product Officer in creating a product roadmap in order to build the most comprehensive and intelligent monitoring platform in the world. This role will focus on owning the end-to-end product experience through the creation of a stronger product ecosystem, designing a competitive pricing strategy, developing user experience processes and building out a world-class product team.
Reporting into the Chief Product Officer, Tej Redkar, the Vice President of Product Management will shape and lead the execution of the product strategy for LogicMonitor, including the roadmap, program management, and customer experience. This individual will need to advance a culture of rapid product innovation through competitive analysis of the IT monitoring landscape to develop additional product offerings. The Vice President of Product Management will need to build key performance measures, establishing objectives and a scorecard for product management, product development and technology operations to deliver results for the greater organization and exceed customer expectations.
LogicMonitor seeks a practical hands-on visionary product leader for this role. The ideal executive has experience in data intensive product offerings and is able to address the demands of customers.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop the company’s product vision and lead all aspects of the end-to-end product experience. This is intended to drive LogicMonitor’s overall growth through offering differentiated services enabling the most comprehensive monitoring platform
Define the road map for LogicMonitor’s product offerings identifying risks and creating a short- and long-term strategy and the go-to-market plan
Build a competitive pricing and packaging offering that aligns with the go-t0-market plan
Manage within an agile framework and continuous delivery model and also provide guidelines and standards to all relevant functional product management teams
Bring awareness and curiosity about broader technology trends to the team. Foster an environment to develop internal and external domain thought leadership to ensure platform differentiation
Drive cross-functional efficiencies with engineering, product security, and tech ops
Build relationships with strategic customers to foster a customer-first culture through the organization
Responsible for hiring, retaining, guiding and coaching top talent on the team
The Vice President of Product Management will oversee a team of 10-15 product managers, user experience designers and technical writers. This team is distributed across Austin, TX and at LogicMonitor’s headquarters in Santa Barbara, CA.
