OVERVIEW: Liaison Creative has a full-time, full-benefits, fully remote opportunity for a Web Content Coordinator. Your 2-4 years of experience in a content coordinator role with a communications, journalism, marketing, or public relations degree will make you a great fit! The focus will be on facilitating global content production, supporting product launches, and digital marketing campaigns. Working with great leaders and mentors, you will have a welcoming platform for contributing ideas. Coordinate: Manage daily prioritization and execution of web content publishing for projects and product launches

Guide: Product Marketing and Segment leads on best practices for developing content that aligns with web page formats and content strategy guides

Create: Ideas for improved user experiences, website navigation, and information architecture; craft content as needed

Improve: Review web content requests for goals, clarity, and compliance. Make recommendations to improve content based on audience, journey phase, and goals


HOW TO BE A TOP CANDIDATE

  • 2-4 years of experience in a role related to heavy coordination of assets/content-semiconductor or other high-tech industry is a nice plus
  • Knowledge and experience in the function of web content management systems and publishing workflows (Workfront and Jira a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, or related field
  • A basic understanding of marketing campaign or product launch process
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with teams and partners
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can convey complex information to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise
  • Strong attention to detail, well organized, and effective at time management
  • Ability to execute strategy through tactical implementation and execution of initiatives
  • High degree of ownership and accountability


SKILLS

  • Workfront or Jira a plus
  • Microsoft Office with focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


COMPENSATION: Based on 2-4 years of experience
