Liaison Creative+Marketing has an immediate full-time, full benefits, remote position for a Web Strategy Manager leading the strategy and management of the corporate website and the development of SEO. As part of a global brand experience team, a leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), you will be a critical member of a diverse international group of collaborative professionals. The initial focus will be to build SEO-enriched content plans for the website and digital channels. Liaison is a leading Austin marketing services firm supporting a range of clients. This role is an ongoing, embedded Liaison employee position (full benefits, ongoing) to help one of our fastest-growing clients.

  • Develop an ongoing roadmap that iterates, tests, and improves a B2B website as the Web Strategy Manager
  • Lead SEO strategy efforts with SEO partners to build an SEO program (on-page and off-page recommendations for SEO coding, structure, content, and social)
  • Manage website projects from idea to launch, engaging prospects, increasing conversions, and improving the customer experience
  • Drive website needs for the brand, demand generation, product and industry marketing teams
  • Manage CMS and liaise with the web development agency (website maintenance, updates, issues, and large-scale projects)
  • Collaborate with content, demand gen, and product teams to produce SEO-enriched content across the website and digital channels, optimizing copy and landing pages for SEO
  • Design website experiments and manage the testing program to maximize conversions, document test results, and iterate on learnings
  • With the Marketing Operations team, measure, evaluate, and report on all aspects of web and program performance

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • 4-6 years of Web Strategy Management experience
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams for intrigued campaigns for conversions
  • Two years of experience managing web projects, including translating goals into proposed strategies, wireframing, estimating timelines, managing vendors and internal teams, testing, project launch, and post-launch
  • Knowledgeable of the latest web technologies and taking actions that will drive conversions foster organic growth
  • Experience working with analytics to optimize user journey and convert traffic to qualified leads
  • Prior experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
  • Collaborative working style; able to work independently and in cross-functional teams

  • Web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
  • Knowledge of SEO platforms, tools, and services
  • Expertise in Sitecore, Google Tag Manager, or other testing platforms (Google Optimize or Unbounce)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
