Join Liaison Creative + Marketing as a Brand Marketing Coordinator supporting a global brand for our client, a PC hardware leader. Based in Austin, TX, this full-time, hybrid role (2-3 days onsite) involves supporting a brand governance team with a wide range of operational activities (localization of brand campaigns across regions, working within a digital asset library, and meeting logistics).   • As Brand Marketing Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with the wider Brand and Creative team located in Austin, TX, along with key stakeholders in Europe, Canada, and Asia
  • Support logistics for meetings (Brand, Creative, and Governance teams) with scheduling, agenda setting, note taking, and followups
  • Oversee the management of the digital asset library (addition, removal, and organization of assets)
  • Support brand marketing campaign localization with internal teams to provide translated campaign assets to the global regions
  • Partner with Global Brand Manager and Digital team to implement changes and updates to necessary webpages on corporate website
  • Assist with ongoing brand programs such as brand advocacy, brand governance, and email support
  • Monitor market trends; research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Suggest and implement methods to increase brand marketing effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Work to improve operational excellence through implementing new tools as well as developing SOPs and operations models
  • Due to the global nature of this role, there are limited (and predictable) meetings required outside of the central US time zone


How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing operations role supporting a team, preferably in both the B2B and B2C space
  • Experience within a mid- to enterprise-level organization is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or associated field
  • Ability to commit to a hybrid schedule with a minimum of two days a week in the office (located in South Austin)
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills working with all levels within an organization


Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet, and Google Analytics is a plus
