Claims Negotiator

The Hire Solution has partnered with a south Austin Healthcare Services organization for the position of Claims Negotiator. If you have experience in healthcare administration, medical claims or medical customer service, this entry level Claims Negotiator could be a great next step in your career. Essential duties include:

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and compile terms of provider contracts and reduce financial exposure to the company
• Update existing contracts as necessary
• Contact and work with network providers, and negotiate reasonable agreements for services provided
• Update information and documentation in our database
• Ensure provider compliance with contract terms and legal regulations
• Ensure organizational compliance with contract terms

Qualifications

• High School or some college, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in insurance claims, medical claims, or medical customer service highly desired
• Experience in healthcare
• Strong oral presentation and written communication skills
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
