Content Specialist - German Language

Overview: Coordinate the delivery of global content for a leader in PC technology in English and German

Location: Southwest Austin

Compensation: Based on 2-4 years of experience

Hours/Duration: Full-time (40 hr/wk) ongoing employee

Liaison Creative + Marketing has a full-time ongoing, career opportunity for a Content Specialist with bilingual proficiency in the German language. As a core member of the Liaison team supporting our high tech corporate client in south Austin, you'll upload translated web content for a global organization. You'll work on a collaborative team (including specialists in other languages) to move global marketing content through the web content publishing process for major product launches.

Be in a spotlight position with the global launch of new product content
Work with a tightly knit team of coworkers with inspired leaders
Collaboration with global stake-holders on the localization of marketing and training materials for PC hardware technology
Review marketing material in both English and German languages
Make recommendations for content changes aligned with brand voice and align with localization vendors on changes

How to be a top candidate for this job:

Two to four years of content coordination experience preferably for web published in a Content Specialist like role
One year of experience in a global corporate environment
Experience in a professional or educational setting requiring full fluency in the German language (reading, writing, speaking)
Experience working closely with business translations and localization projects
Adept at learning new technologies
Basic knowledge of HTML a plus

Skills:

Proficiency in English and German languages (reading, writing, speaking)
