Drupal Digital Content Manger

OVERVIEW: Manage web postings for software and driver releases for a global tech hardware leader

LOCATION: Austin, Texas

COMPENSATION: Based on 3-5 years of experince

HOURS/DURATION: Full-time, Ongoing


Liaison Creative + Marketing has a full-time, full benefits, ongoing role for a Drupal Digital Content Manager. The primary focus of this role will be managing software/driver releases for our international client, a recognized leader in high-performance computing, graphics, and visualization technologies. You'll be the point person on the team ensuring a quality user experience when securing the software/drivers. In this high-profile role, you'll be part of a high-functioning team and partner with leading developers and product development teams. If you have experience with enterprise CMS systems (Drupal preferred), HTML basics, and roles in supporting web content, this will be a fantastic opportunity.

  • Responsible for maintaining content, large files, and related functionality on digital marketing websites and associated platforms
  • Serve as primary liaison to internal teams on behalf of Digital Marketing for customer access to updates for software and drivers
  • Utilize CMS to make content updates and web experience enhancements
  • Work with and educate cross-functional teams on process design and functionality
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to propose and develop innovative solutions to enhance user experience and functionality


How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • BS/BA plus 3+ years related experience in CMS utilization and administration, and/or business requirement analysis and solution design
  • Preferred experience working with global teams
  • 1-3 years web front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, JSON, XML)
  • Skills with development and documentation processes and workflows
  • Knowledge of software development processes
  • Roles that have focused on quality customer service experiences and building bridges to other teams and departments
  • Driven to create quality experiences supported by your organization skills

Skills:

  • HTML basics required
  • Basic understanding of UNIX/Linux
  • PHP nice to have
