Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to job, plus six (6) years of related HR experience, including at least two (2) years of which were in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience may substitute for one (1) year of the required education up to a maximum of four (4) years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or International Public Management Association HR (IPMA-HR) Certification
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, leave management and payroll programs
• Experience working in a Municipal Civil Service (MCS) or similar environment
• Experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5PM, hybrid schedule may be available.

Pay Range:

Commensurate
